What we shot and why

The house sits on a big lot with a lake across the road, so the story starts in the air. We flew the lot and the water, shot every room from the two-story great room down to the finished lower level, filmed a walkthrough, and drew floor plans with room sizes. Then we built the launch kit: an Instagram carousel, stories and a print flyer, all from the same shoot.
