Book online
Pick a package and an open time. You see the exact total before you send, and your shoot is held right away.
Nothing is due today. We confirm by text and email the same day, or call you first if anything needs to change.

Prep the home
Your confirmation email has a prep checklist built for your package. Share it with the seller.
The day before, we text to confirm and get any lockbox or gate codes. We make the weather call by 8am.

Shoot day
We arrive on time and shoot every room, no photo cap. Most homes take 60 to 90 minutes; add time for a 3D tour or twilight.
We shoot the home as it is and don't move furniture, so the checklist matters.

Delivery and payment
Photos in your private portal within 24 hours, with an MLS-ready set. Video within 48, listing websites within 72.
Pay in the portal and every file unlocks. One round of edit revisions is included, and if we missed a shot, we come back for free. Payment is due within 7 days of delivery.

Line-by-line quote
Within 24 hours: every deliverable, every price, the schedule and the travel, listed out.
Your date is locked once you approve. Payment terms are on the quote.

Plan and shoot
We build the shot list and schedule with you, then shoot. Most projects are one to two production days.
Weather reschedules are free. Out-of-state and international trips are quoted with travel up front.

Delivery
Edited files in your private portal in 5 to 10 business days, set on your quote.
One round of edit revisions included. Changes to scope after the shoot are quoted before we do them.
