Yes. We're based in Brighton, Michigan. Travel is a flat fee per round trip from Hartland: free within about 30 minutes, $50 up to about 45 minutes, $75 up to about 75 minutes, quoted beyond that. Out-of-state and international work includes flights and lodging, quoted up front on every proposal.

We reschedule for free. We make the weather call by 8am on shoot day and text you either way. Drone and twilight need clear conditions, so we'd rather move the date than deliver something that doesn't sell.

Real estate: nothing up front. You pay in full within 7 days of delivery, and files unlock the moment it's paid. Everything else: payment terms are on your written quote. Monthly retainers bill on the 1st. We take card, ACH, Zelle, Venmo, check and cash.

By whether the work does its job for you. For a listing, that means photos that load cleanly in the MLS, a film buyers watch to the end, and an agent who books us again. For hotels and brands, we agree on what to watch during the scoping call.

Usually yes. Rush is +50%: photos the same day and video the next day. Holiday shoots are +75%. There's no weekend fee.

We re-shoot or re-edit at no cost. Every engagement includes one round of revisions on edits; if the original shoot didn't hit, we go back.

You get full marketing-use rights to every delivered asset, websites, MLS, social, ads, print collateral, OTAs (Airbnb / Booking.com / VRBO for hospitality clients). For brand engagements, broader usage rights (paid media beyond 12 months, third-party licensing, talent buyouts) are scoped into the contract up front. We retain the right to feature work in our own portfolio and case studies unless you explicitly opt out at booking.

Photos: high-res JPEG (web/MLS) and full-res TIFF on request. Videos: master MP4 in horizontal 16:9 plus vertical 9:16 cuts for social. Real estate listings include both a long walkthrough and a 30 to 45 second vertical edit. Source/raw files aren't included by default but can be scoped in if you need them for ongoing brand use.

Listing packages start at $249 for Essential (every room with no photo cap, plus drone photos, MLS-ready and delivered next day). Pro is $595 and adds walkthrough video, drone and a floor plan. Premier is $995 and adds a 3D tour, real twilight and reels. Elite is $1,499 and adds an FPV flythrough, virtual staging and a listing website. Prices cover homes under 2,500 sq ft; add $50 up to 3,500 and $100 up to 4,500. Larger homes are quoted.

Yes. Every drone flight is flown by our FAA Part 107 certified pilot. Drone photo and video is $199, aerial photos alone $150, and FPV flythroughs (one continuous shot from outside straight through the home) start at $350 on any listing video.

FPV (first-person view) is a small drone flown through goggles. It films one continuous shot with no cuts: down the drive, through the front door and room to room. It starts at $350 on any listing video, and you get it cut into the listing video plus a vertical reel. Bigger homes, longer routes and extra takes cost more, and we quote it before the shoot.

Yes. We fly a small drone with guarded propellers, walk the route with you before we fly, and keep people and pets out of the flight path. Every interior door along the route stays open, and anything fragile in the way gets moved first.

Usually, yes. Near airports we request FAA airspace authorization before the shoot, and it often comes through within minutes. If a site can't be approved, we tell you before shoot day, not on it.

Yes. Construction progress visits are scheduled through the build. Each visit's aerial photos and video are filed by date for owners, lenders and your marketing, and the finished project can become a completion film. Quoted per project.

Yes. 3D Matterport tours are $229 and floor plans are $125. Floor plans show approximate room sizes, and are included in Pro, Premier and Elite. The 3D tour is included in Premier and Elite.
