How fast is turnaround?
Most real estate media (photo, drone, walkthrough) is delivered next-day. Brand and hospitality production runs 5–10 business days depending on scope. Rush turnaround is available on most services.
Do you travel?
Yes. Our four primary markets are Brighton MI, Sarasota FL, Tamarindo CR, and Las Terrenas DR. We also travel for hospitality and brand engagements anywhere in the US, Caribbean, and Central America. Travel-inclusive packages quoted on request.
What if weather pushes the shoot?
We reschedule at no extra cost. Real estate exteriors and drone work especially — we'd rather wait for the right light than deliver something that doesn't sell the property.
How does payment work?
Bookings under $1,500 are charged in full at booking. Larger engagements run 50% deposit at booking, 50% on delivery. Monthly retainers bill on the 1st. We accept ACH, card, and wire.
How do you measure success?
Per industry. Real estate: time on market, list-to-sale price ratio. Hospitality: direct-booking lift, ad cost per stay, social engagement. Brands: paid social CPA, e-commerce conversion rate, organic growth. Every engagement ships with a reporting cadence.
Can you accommodate rush requests?
Usually yes. Real estate rush bookings (same-day or next-day shoot) carry a 25% surcharge. Brand and hospitality rush projects are scoped case-by-case. Call us — most things are workable.
What happens if I'm not happy with the final?
We re-shoot or re-edit at no cost. Every engagement includes one round of revisions on edits; if the original shoot didn't hit, we go back. Our reputation is built on listings selling and properties getting booked — not on cashed invoices for work that didn't land.
Who owns the photos and videos you deliver?
You get full marketing-use rights to every delivered asset — websites, MLS, social, ads, print collateral, OTAs (Airbnb / Booking.com / VRBO for hospitality clients). For brand engagements, broader usage rights (paid media beyond 12 months, third-party licensing, talent buyouts) are scoped into the contract up front. We retain the right to feature work in our own portfolio and case studies unless you explicitly opt out at booking.
What file formats do I receive?
Photos: high-res JPEG (web/MLS) and full-res TIFF on request. Videos: master MP4 in horizontal 16:9 plus vertical 9:16 cuts for social. Real estate listings include both a long walkthrough and a 30-60s social edit. Source/raw files aren't included by default but can be scoped in if you need them for ongoing brand use.
